We hired a bouncy castle and ball pit for my daughters second birthday and the service was amazing. We had an issue with the Bluetooth speaker on the bouncy castle so rang grand castles and they gave us step by step instructions over the phone to fix it. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be booking again.
