How do I book an inflatable?

The easiest way to book is by using our easy online booking system. You can also call us on 01507 735235 or send us a message or email. One of our friendly team will be happy to help you with your booking. Full details are on our Contact Us page.


How much do you charge?

Our prices are clearly displayed on our website. Any questions please Contact Us. Generally the price you see is the price you pay and is for a daytime hire. Any delivery charges where applicable will be clearly notified at the time of booking. Please be aware that we do not allow overnight hires.


How long do we get the equipment for?

For garden hires during the summer period (April to September) we generally deliver between 8am and noon in no particular order, collecting between 5pm and 7pm.


If your party is in a hall or venue, please let us know your party start/finish times and the times you have access to the venue from/until and we will schedule delivery and collection times to suit your party.


Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Louth and cover all surrounding towns and villages. Depending on distance we may need to make an additional charge to cover fuel. If this is the case we will fully explain our charge prior to confirming your booking.


Do you charge for delivery?

We don’t charge for delivery locally, however increasing fuel costs mean that we need to make a small additional charge for deliveries outside of our local area. These charges, where applicable, will be clearly notified at the time of booking and are available on the home page of our website under “Check Delivery”

Delivery to other areas may be available for an additional cost. 


Do you supervise the inflatable?

Our prices do not include supervision. You are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult is present to provide supervision. We provide full safety instructions upon setup to assist in this.


When should I book?

You should book your inflatable as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. You can Contact Us to check availability by phone, messenger or email. We do sometimes also have late availability due to cancellations – just ask, we’re always happy to help.


When are you open?

We are available 7 days a week. Our phone line is manned from 8am to 8pm on 01507 735235 or you can Contact Us by one of our other methods 24 hours a day.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, payable within 24 hours of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is received. Our booking system will automatically cancel and delete your booking if the deposit is not received within 48 hours. If your booking needs to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions as determined by us, we will in the first instance offer you an alternative time, date or location. If these alternatives are not mutually agreeable we will refund any monies paid in full.


Can I cancel?

Of course you can, we understand that the unexpected happens. If you cannot rearrange and need to cancel due to adverse weather conditions as determined by us, we will refund in full any monies already paid as detailed above. In all other circumstances the deposit is non-refundable however we will transfer this to a future booking within 12 calendar months of the original booking date.


What if the weather is bad?

We do not charge a cancellation fee due to bad weather, wherever possible we can rearrange for another date or you may cancel without charge.


Although we will make every effort to ensure that we deliver your product, in some instances we will be unable to. Reasons we may be unable to deliver include but are not limited to: adverse weather as determined by our staff, vehicle failure, or staff illness. These occasions are very rare and are avoided wherever possible.


Current HSE guidelines deem that it is unsafe to operate an inflatable outdoors in wind speeds of more than 24mph including gusts, or rain so heavy that it makes the bounce bed wet. We will rearrange or cancel the hire in these circumstances, or if a Met Office weather warning is active.


As our main costs are incurred while delivering, setting up and collecting your equipment, we regret that we cannot offer a full or partial refund for loss of use if the weather changes once you have accepted delivery and made payment.


How big does the space need to be?

You will need to allow space all around for safety. So if you book a 12ft X12ft castle the size it will need is approximately 18ft X 20ft to allow for the blower and safety mats. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the space. If in doubt, contact us and we will check and advise. Please ensure the space is clear and clean and that all washing lines that would obstruct have been removed.

For public use e.g. events a perimeter fence must be installed containing a safe area which is a minimum of 3.6m wider and 5.3m deeper than the inflatable with a 1.0m entrance to ensure that the blower, cables, stakes etc are not accessible. You can provide/install this yourself or we can provide this service for an additional £30 per inflatable.

If the location is found to not be suitable on arrival you will still be responsible for the full cost of the hire.


Please note: We can only set up on private land. We do not hire to, or set up in communal areas such as shared gardens, village greens, grass verges etc.


What surfaces can you safely install an inflatable on?

For outdoor hires we require a grassed/lawned area of sufficient size to accommodate the inflatable and allow us room to knock in the anchor pegs. This is the only safe way of anchoring an inflatable outdoors. We can therefore not install an inflatable on artificial grass, a paved/concreted/tarmac or similar surface. Ideally the inflatable should be installed on a suitable grassed area and secured with 16mm x 380mm stakes.  We cannot install inflatables onto any hard surface outdoors, or onto artificial grass/astroturf.


What do I need to provide?

We will need access to a general household electrical socket. We provide waterproof extension leads and RCD circuit breakers for your safety and can safely cable up to approximately 40 metres from the power supply. 


Do you have insurance?

We hold £5 million pounds public liability insurance and you should always insist on using an insured company for your hire. (Please be aware you are responsible for the safe operation and supervision once we have installed and checked the equipment). We will happily provide copies of our insurance certificate, PAT testing certificates, test certificates, risk assessments and method statement upon request.


Is there an age limit?

All inflatables have a maximum user height. This is clearly displayed on each inflatable and on the relevant product page on our website. The users on a castle must not stand taller than the side walls when stood on the bouncing area. You are responsible for any damage or injury due to misuse.


How do I pay my balance?

Payment can be made prior to the hire via the links in your confirmation email or we accept cash and card payments upon delivery, prior to the start of the hire period. Payment must be made in full before the hire commences.

Delivery Policy

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.


You are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
