Following the Prime Minister's announcement we have come up with our own road map for us to get back to normal:
8th March - We will re-open with private garden hires for one household/bubble only.
29th March - Still private gardens only, but up to maximum of 6 people/2 households.
17th May - Outdoor hires will be allowed for up to 30 people, so still on private property where attendance can be controlled. Indoor hires will commence up to a maximum of 6 people/2 households.
21st June - We will revert to our standard conditions of hire.
All dates are provisional and subject to latest government advice and restrictions applicable at the time of the booking.
We are quarantining all of our inflatables for a minimum of 72 hours before and after each hire, prior to steam cleaning and sanitising them ready for their next booking.
We know things are a little uncertain right now, that’s why at Grand Castles you can book with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you won’t lose out due to any Covid restrictions.
Should we be in a lockdown or if you need to self-isolate due to Coronavirus at the time of your event, our team will be happy to transfer your booking or offer you a full refund.
