We hired the jungle themed party package which consisted of bouncy castle, ball pool and soft play from grand castles on Saturday for my sons christening party. The service was fabulous, they arrived promptly to set up and were flexible with the collection time, not intruding on the party and patiently waited until the children had finished playing. Very polite and friendly as well as professional and thorough. All of the children loved the equipment and had the best time playing. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Grand Castles provided the jungle themed package for our little boys 1st Birthday. They are friendly, punctual and work very quickly. We will be booking them again for his next Birthday. x
